ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to call for the records in connection with Crime No.240 of 2022 on the file of the first respondent and quash the same.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the first respondent would submit that the first respondent, after completing the investigation, has laid the final report and the case was taken on file in C.C.No.608 of 2022 and the same is pending on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Theni.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed. However, the petitioners are at liberty to challenge the charge sheet, if so advised.
