The petitioner has sought for a direction to the second respondent to complete the enquiry in C.No.7/2025, on the file of the second respondent within a time frame stipulated by this Court. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police, on instructions, would submit that the complaint filed by the petitioner was enquired into and closed on 23.08.2025. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner, however, would submit that the result of enquiry was not communicated to the petitioner. 4.In view of the same, the respondent shall forthwith communicate the result of the enquiry to the petitioner. If the petitioner is aggrieved by the result of the enquiry, it is open to him to approach the learned Magistrate for an appropriate remedy.
