ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble G.R.Swaminathan J.) Contending that the direction given by this Court has not been complied with, the contempt petition came to be filed.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader produced the copy of the interim order granted by the District Munsif Court, Alangudi in O.S.No.45 of 2020.

3. We are satisfied that only in view of the aforesaid judicial intervention, the respondents have not been able to dispose of the matter finally. It is well settled that unless the breach of the Court's order is willful, contempt cannot be said to be made out.

4. In this case, the respondent's hands are tied and therefore, we do not find any ground to keep this contempt petition pending. The contempt petition stands closed. Liberty is granted to revive the contempt petition based on the outcome of the civil proceedings.
