ORDER

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the Madurai Corporation.

2. The writ petitioner is a registered contractor. According to him, the petition mentioned amount should be returned to him. The petitioner has given a representation dated 23.09.2023 to the respondent. The respondent is directed to dispose of the said representation on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter.

3. This Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly. There shall be no order as to costs.
