ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct learned Judicial Magistrate No.2, Kuzhithurai to dispose the case in C.C.No.150 of 2021 within a stipulated period that may be fixed by this Honble Court.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that there are nine witnesses in this case and the case stands posted to 25.11.2024 for examination of L.W.4 and 5.

3. Under such circumstances, there shall be a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate No.2, Kuzhithurai to dispose the case pending in C.C.No.150 of 2021 preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
