This Criminal Revision Petition filed under Section 397 r/w 401 Cr.P.C. to set aside the order in Cr.M.P.No.97 of 2021, dated 08.01.2021 in C.A.No.3 of 2021, on the file of the Principal District and Sessions Judge, (FAC) Virudhunagar District at Srivilliputhur, in so far as the portion imposing a condition to the petitioner to deposit a sum of Rs.1,77,500/- in C.C.No.53 of 2015, on the file of Judicial Magistrate No.II, Sattur. ORDER:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/s. S.Mahalakshmi, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Mr. N.Mariappan, Advocate for the respondent, this Court made the following order: Pursuant to the direction of this Court in Crl.M.P.(MD) No.16477 of 2022, dated 03.01.2023, the petitioner has paid the cost of Rs.2,000/- to the respondent as ordered by this Court. He has also filed a copy of the cost memo to that effect.
