ORDER:

The petitioner apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent for the offences under Section 417, 420, 376, 406, 506(2) of IPC and Section 4 of Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Harassment of Women Act in Crime No.23 of 2023 on the file of the respondent herein.

2. Earlier petition was dismissed by this Court on 04.07.2023 in Crl.O.P(MD) no.12077 of 2023. In the earlier order, the following observation was made in Paragraph No.6:

"6. Let the above said complaint be enquired by the respondent police, by summoning the petitioner as well as the defacto complainant and dispose of the same within a period of one week from the date of appearance of parties. Depending upon the outcome of the enquiry, if any necessity arises, the petitioner can work out his remedy through appropriate proceedings."

3. According to the learned Government Advocate (Crl.) the petitioner has not complied the order passed by this Court.

4. If any direction is issued to the petitioner, he is bound to comply the order. The reason stated by the petitioner that summon was not issued to him, shows that 2/3

the petitioner is avoiding to comply the order of this Court. I find no reason to entertain this petition.
