ORDER

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the official respondents.

2. The petitioner wants to cancel the sale deed executed by the respondents 6 and 7 in favour of the eigth respondent vide Document No. 2/4

4547/2022 dated 14.10.2022. He invokes Section 77-A of the Registration Act, 1908. The scope and applicability of the pending consideration is before the Larger Bench. The petitioner has to necessarily await its decision. The third respondent will take a call in the matter based on the decision of the Larger Bench.

3. This writ petition is disposed of accordingly. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
