O R D E R
This Writ Petition filed to call for the records pertaining to the impugned report of the respondent Police, dated 30.05.2023 and quash the same as illegal and consequently directing the respondent to issue Non-Traceable Certificate to the petitioner.
2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that during the course of enquiry, call CDR of the petitioner was collected. During verification, it was found that on the date of missing of above certificates, petitioner's location is shown as Vaiyampatti, and he did not come to Manapparai on that date. A wrong information was given in the complaint by the petitioner, so he is not the bonafide person.
3. Considering the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), absolutely there is no reason to interfere into the order passed by the respondent herein, by the order dated 30.05.2023. 2/4
4. With the above said observation, this Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs.
