After presenting a representation dated 13.08.2025 seeking rectification of UDR records, the present Writ Petition has been filed seeking expeditious disposal thereof.

2. Learned Additional Government Pleader accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 to 4. He submits that the second respondent would consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation within a period of twelve (12) weeks after providing a reasonable opportunity to the petitioner and the private respondent.

3. In view of the above submissions, it has become unnecessary to issue notice to the private respondent in this Writ Petition. Instead, this Writ Petition is disposed of by directing the second respondent to 2/4

consider and dispose of the petitioner's request on merits within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order after providing a reasonable opportunity to the petitioner and the fifth respondent herein. No costs.
