ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents 1 to 4 not to carry out or put up any construction, namely, a bus stand, in front of the petitioner's house and shop situated in S.No.155/6B, Poothampatti Village, Sri Ramapuram, Vedasandur Taluk, Dindigul District, pending consideration of the petitioner's representation dated 08.09.2025.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader, submitted that the second respondent, Tahsildar, has produced a written instruction along with a sketch. In the sketch, the yellow-marked portion represents the proposed bus stand. For better understanding, the sketch is reproduced below: 2/5

3.In view of the written instructions and the sketch produced, this Court directs the respondents to ensure that the proposed construction of the bus stand, shown in the yellow-marked portion, does not in any manner encroach upon the petitioner's property.

4. With the above observation, this writ petition stands disposed of. The sketch shall form part of this order. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
