This Writ Petition is filed seeking issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to take appropriate action to transfer the petitioner's Grandson by name Kamal S/o.Rukman, aged about 42 years confining as remand prisoner in Trichy Central Prison from Annal 2/5
Gandhi Memorial Government Hospital, Trichy to Rajiv Gandhi Government General Hospital or any other Government or Private Hospital in Chennai for getting better treatment in accordance with law within the time stipulated by this Court.
2.During the course of hearing, the accused was directed to be produced before this Court through video conference. Doctor was also present before this Court stated that the accused recovered fully from the above said post surgical complications. Now if any thing is required for performing another surgery, proper treatment will be given to him after ascertaining the health condition.
3.In view of the above situation nothing survives for further consideration in this matter. The matter become infructuous. 4.Accordingly, this writ petition stands dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
