2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that only the petition enquiry is pending. So far, no case has been registered against the petitioner.

3. In view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), let the petitioner appear before the respondent Police and co-operate with him to complete the process of enquiry. During the course of enquiry, if any trouble arises, the petitioner can workout her remedy through appropriate proceedings.
