ORDER

The petitioner seeks a direction to the second respondent to conduct further investigation in compliance of the order passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Tirunelveli, in Crl.M.P.No.11564 of 2024, dated 10.07.2024. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police would submit that pursuant to the directions issued by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Tirunelveli, the respondent police filed a report on 05.11.2024 and the petitioner was aware of it and that the petitioner has also filed the same in the typed set of papers.

3.This Court has perused the said order. It is seen that pursuant to the directions issued by learned Magistrate, the respondent police filed a further report on 05.11.2024. Therefore, this Court is of the view that the petitioner's prayer is totally misconceived and the petition is liable to be dismissed. 2/4
