India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 and 2 herein to survey and demarcate petitioner's house property comprised in Old Survey No.17/5A and New Survey No. 17/5A2B, situated at Karendhalpatti Village, Madhavarayanpatti Group Revenue Village, Tirupathur Taluk, Sivagangai District vide Application No.2025/0123/23/010786 dated 25.08.2025 in accordance with law and within the time stipulated by this Court.

O R D E R

By relying on a sale deed dated 12.11.2024 and patta No.3305 as evidence of the petitioner's title and rights in respect of survey No. 17/5A2B, the petitioner submitted an application for survey. Because the said application was not acted upon, the present Writ Petition has been filed.

2. Learned Special Government Pleader accepts notice on behalf of respondents 1 to 3 and learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) accepts notice for the fourth respondent. In view of the fact that the patta stands in the petitioner's name, it is stated that action would be taken on the 2/5

application for a survey within a period of twelve (12) weeks.

3. The petitioner has placed on record the sale deed in her name and patta No.3305. On the basis of these documents, the petitioner is entitled to the consideration of the application for survey. Before conducting the survey, the owners of adjacent lands should be put on notice.

4. Subject to these observations, this Writ Petition is disposed of by directing the first and second respondents to act on the petitioner's application dated 25.08.2025 within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
