Heard Mr. M.Natarajan, Learned Counsel for the Petitioner and Mr. D.S.Haroon Rashud, Learned Counsel for the Respondents and perused the materials placed on record apart from the pleadings of the parties. 2.

The Petitioner had made a representation dated 06.09.2022 relating to Sadhikan Jumma Masjid Jamath, Thalaiyuthu, Tirunelveli District before the First Respondent and as no action was taken thereon, the Writ Petition has been filed. 3.

Learned Counsel for the Respondents, on instructions, states that enquiry on the said representation has been fixed on 30.12.2022 and notice to the concerned parties would be issued and the enquiry would be completed within a period of three months from the said date following the prescribed procedure in accordance with law.

In view of the same, the Writ Petition is disposed. The Respondents shall file report of compliance before the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court by 31.03.2023 under written acknowledgement.
