PRAYER: Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India to direct the learned Additional District Court (FTC), Theni to dispose expeditiously the O.S.No.191 of 2020 and grant other reliefs.

The matter has been listed today under the caption "for extension of time for trail Court".
2.By order, dated 26.11.2024, this Court directed the Court below to dispose of the case in O.S.No.191 of 2020 as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of eight months from the date of receipt of a copy of that order.
3.The Court below has submitted a letter in D.No.77/2026, dated 30.01.2026, whereby and whereunder stating some reasons, it requested further time to comply with the order, dated 26.11.2024, made in this Civil Revision Petition.
4.Considering the reasons stated by the Court below for extension of time, eight months time is extended finally from the date of receipt of a copy of this order to comply with the order, dated 26.11.2024. 20.02.2026 pal
