ORDER

This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 457 days in filing the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal in C.M.A. (MD)SR No.76990 of 2025 before this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the affidavit filed in support of this petition.

3. Notice to respondent Nos.4 to 17 has already been dispensed with.

4. The counter affidavit on behalf of respondent Nos.1 to 3 has not been filed; however, the learned counsel for respondent Nos.1 to 3 has raised strong objections to this petition.

5. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit, and also considering the duration of delay, this Court is inclined to allow this 3/5

petition on payment of cost. Accordingly, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed on payment of cost of Rs.1,500/- (Rupees One Thousand and Five Hundred only) by the petitioner to respondent Nos.1 to 3, within a period of 10 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which this petition shall stand automatically dismissed without any further reference to this Court.
