Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 4 to provide immediate and adequate police protection to the life and limb of the petitioner and her family members within such time frame as may be fixed by this Court.

ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondent Nos.1 to 4 to provide adequate Police protection to the petitioner and her family members.
2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that earlier, on the complaint given by the petitioner's husband, a case was registered. The petitioner's complaint is for subsequent incident and the same is under enquiry. He would further submit that the enquiry would be completed within a period of ten (10) days.

3. In view of the above submission, the respondent No.4 is directed to complete the enquiry within a period of ten days from the date of receipt of copy of this order and the result of the enquiry shall be communicated to the petitioner.
