Learned counsel appearing for the respective respondents have raised objections to allowing W.M.P.(MD).No.19738 of 2025 on the ground that, if the amendment petition is allowed, the entire cause of action would change.

2. However, no prejudice would be caused to the respondents, if this application is allowed without prejudice to the rights of the respondents.

3. Accordingly, this petition is allowed, without prejudice to the rights and contentions of the respondents to be raised in their counter before this Court. The Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment.

4. The respondents are directed to file their additional counter, in view of the amendment, on the next hearing date.

5. For filing of additional counter by the respondents, post the main writ petition on 23.10.2025.
