Order : This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.K.P.NARAYANAKUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.A.ALBERT JAMES, Government Advocate(Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the Court made the following order:- This petition has been filed for relaxation of the condition imposed on the petitioner dated 30.07.2024 in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.12135 of 2024. 1/3

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.12135 of 2024 regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that the petitioner has complied the conditions for 68 days.

4. Taking into consideration, the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.12135 of 2024 on 30.07.2024 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every Friday at 05.30 p.m. until further orders. sd/- 29/11/2024 / TRUE COPY / /12/2024 Sub-Assistant Registrar ( C.S.
