ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent Police for the alleged offence under Sections 417, 420, 466, 468 and 471 of IPC, in Crime No. 51 1/3

of 2024, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. Already this Court had dismissed the earlier anticipatory bail petition on the ground that there are no change in circumstances. Even today, the learned counsel for the petitioner wants to argue this case on merits. This Court cannot hear the anticipatory bail petition every time on merits. Unless there is change in circumstances, this anticipatory bail cannot be entertained. Accordingly, this petition stands dismissed.
