These Petitions are filed (1)to condone the delay of 416 days in filing the Petition to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the deceased fifth respondent K.Raja (2) to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the deceased fifth respondent K.Raja and (3)to bring on record the respondents 11 and 12 herein as legal representatives of the deceased fifth respondent K.Raja and rank them as respondents 11 and 12, in the above Civil Miscellaneous Appeal.
