ORDER

The petitioner filed the above Writ Petition for a direction to the the respondent to issue computer online E-patta based on the petitioner's representation dated 29.11.2023 and subsequent representation dated 12.09.2024 in the light of the Government Order passed by the Revenue and Disaster Management Department, Land Disposal Wing, (LD 3(1) in G.O.Ms.No.34 dated 13.01.2021 within a stipulated time that may be fixed by this Court.

2. With consent of both parties, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader on instructions submitted that the petitioner's representation dated 29.11.2023 for grant of online e-patta was rejected as early as on 16.09.2024. The learned Additional Government Pleader has produced a copy of th proceedings dated 16.09.2024 of the Tahsildar, Tiruvengadam.

4. Considering the fact that the petitioner's reprsentation was already rejected, nothing survives for further adjudication in this Writ Petition. Hence, the same is dismissed. No costs. However, the petitioner is at liberty to challenge the order of the Tahsildar dated 16.09.2024, if so advised. Accordigly, this Writ Petition is disposed of.
