The petitioners are arrayed as accused Nos.2 to 5, in C.C.No.136 of 2008, on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Karur. This petition has been filed under the provisions of Section 482 of Cr.P.C., to quash the above said C.C.No.136 of 2008.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) on instructions, would submit that on 10.08.2016 itself, the said case in C.C.No.136 of 2008 was disposed of by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Karur, in which all the accused including the petitioners were acquitted.
