2. The present Writ Petition is filed praying for a Mandamus, directing the respondent to issue notice under DRC-13 under Section 79(1)C of GST Act 2017 against the debtors of the petitioner on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 05.10.2024.

3. Considering the limited prayer sought for by the petitioner, there shall be a direction to the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 05.10.2024 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after affording a reasonable opportunity of hearing to the petitioner.

4. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
