O R D E R

The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent Police for the offences punishable under Sections 380, 454, 457 @ 34, 380 and 457 of IPC in Crime No.334 of 2022 on the file of the respondent Police, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (crl.side) would submit that the petitioners is an habitual offender, against whom, there are five previous cases pending, which are as follows:
