O R D E R
The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent Police for the offences punishable under Sections 294 (b), 323 and 506(i) of IPC in Crime No.395 of 2022 on the file of the respondent Police, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (crl.side) would submit that the petitioners is an habitual offender, against whom, there are two previous cases pending in similar nature.
3.Taking into consideration the habituality of the petitioner to committing crime, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Hence, this petition is dismissed.
