(Order of the Court was made by C.V.Karthikeyan, J.) This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 15 days in filing the first appeal.

2. In the affidavit filed in support of this petition it had been stated that the judgment was pronounced on 17.04.2025 and the copy application was only made on 22.04.2025 and delivered on 02.06.2025. Necessary instructions had to be given to the counsel. In all these procedure, there has been a delay of 15 days.

3. Heard the learned counsel for the respondents also.

4. Taking all factors into consideration, the delay stands condoned and the petition is allowed.

4. Registry is directed to number the Appeal Suit, if it is otherwise in order.
