ORDER:- This Civil Revision Petition coming on for orders on this day under the caption "Extension of time for Lower Court" and upon perusing earlier order of this Court dated 10.03.2025 and the requisition letter submitted by the District Judge, Family Court, Madurai in D.No.1020/2025 dated 05/07/2025 seeking further extension of three months time to dispose the case in GWOP.No.757/2024, on the file of the Family Court, Madurai, this Court made the following order;-

By order dated 10.03.2025, this Court directed the Court below to dispose of the Case in GWOP.No.757 of 2024 on or before 30.06.2025.

2. The Court below has submitted a letter in D.No.1020/2025, dated 05.07.2025, whereby and whereunder stating some reasons, it requested further three months time to comply with the order dated 10.03.2025, made in this Civil Revision Petition.

3. Considering the reasons stated by the Court below for extension of time, three months time is extended from the date of receipt of a copy of this order to comply with the order dated 10.03.2025.
