ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences under Sections 126(2), 296(b), 115(2), 118(1) and 351(3) of the BNS was altered with 126(2), 296(b), 115(2), 118(1), 351(3) and 103 of BNS, in Crime No.72 of 2024 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The earlier anticipatory bail petition filed by the petitioner in Crl.OP(MD). No.14962 of 2024 was dismissed on merits by order dated 11.09.2024.
