ORDER

Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.The petitioner has moved this Court with a composite prayer. Unless the applicant has patta in his name, survey cannot be directed. The petitioner is therefore permitted to submit a fresh representation before the second respondent seeking patta. The learned counsel for the petitioner states that such a petition will be given within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. If such petition is filed, the same shall be disposed of on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks thereafter. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. The second respondent shall put the interested persons, if any, on notice before passing final order. It is open to the second respondent to pass order one way or the other. 2/4
