PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C, praying to withdraw the investigation of proceedings in DCB C.No.158/DCB/TRI/ on the complaint of the petitioner from the file of the third respondent herein and to entrust the same to CBCID, Tiruchirappalli, the second respondent herein with a direction to the second respondent to investigate into the same and to take action against the accused persons for Cheating and Forgery in accordance with law.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, an enquiry was undertaken by the third respondent. Due to non co-operation of parties, the above said enquiry was closed on 05.06.2020.
3. Even the above said enquiry was closed by the third respondent on 05.06.2020, the above said complaint shall be restored to file. The petitioner is directed to appear before the third respondent within ten days from the date of receipt of copy of this order and is further directed to produce all the relevant documents, which are available with him, so that the third respondent can proceed in accordance with law.
4. With the above said direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
