ORDER

Heard both sides.

2.The writ petitioner is the purchaser of the petition mentioned property. Since the sale deed originally presented did not contain a proper four boundary description, I do not interfere with the impugned refusal check slip. However, liberty is granted to the parties to re-present the documents by suitably amending the four boundary description. Only one boundary alone can be shown as "road". The petitioner has also given a specific undertaking that without getting permission from the competent authority, no housing development or any other development will take place.

3.The said undertaking is recorded. This undertaking will run with the land. Subject to the aforesaid undertaking, the parties are permitted to re-present the document with the suitable amendment as mentioned above. The same shall be received and registered by the third respondent subject to the fulfilment of the other usual formalities. 4.This Writ Petition is allowed accordingly.
