ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to direct the third respondent to issue Non-traceable Certificate for the petitioner's sale deed documents on the basis of the complaints dated 10.01.2022.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has lodged a complaint before the respondents police for missing of his original sale deed documents bearing No.3247 of 1973, which was situated at Andarkotaram, Madurai District, in Survey No.54/72. He would further submit that the petitioner has also made paper publication with regard to the missing of original documents.
3.Mr.E.Antony Sahaya Prabahar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police submitted that by following the circular issued by the Director General of Police, the enquiry will be undertaken and the same will be conculded within a period of three months.
4. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents. 2/4

Considering the above, the second respondent police is directed to conduct enquiry, after ensuring the said documents have not been deposited for any purpose by following the circular issued by the Director General of Police within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
