O R D E R This Criminal Original Petition is filed to call for the records relating to Crime No.206 of 2023 on the file of Karungal Police Station, Kanyakumari District, and quash the same.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the second respondent, Final Report was filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Eraniel, through E-filing No.5751 of 2023.

3. Recording the submissions made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, there shall be direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate, Eraniel, to process the above said Final Report within a time stipulated as per rules. If the petitioner is aggrieved over the contents of the above said Final Report, he can workout his remedy through appropriate proceedings.

4. With the above said direction and liberty, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
