ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for the issue of Writ of Mandamus directing the second respondent to consider the petitioner's complaint dated 05.09.2023 and consequently to direct the second respondent to give necessary Police protection to survey the petitioner's subject property.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for respondent Nos.1 and 2 submitted that the complaint given by the petitioner was enquired and the same was also closed by the second respondent Police. 2/4

3. Recording the above said submission, the Writ Petition stands closed. No costs.
