ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Boothapandy to early disposal of CC.No.473 of 2022.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the case is of the year 2018 and the same has been taken cognizance in the year 2022.
3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that in this case there are totally 10 witnesses and the case is posted on 26.12.2024 for cross-examination of L.W.1 to L.W.4.
4. Under such circumstances, there shall be a direction to the learned learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Boothapandy to dispose the case pending in CC.No.473 of 2022, preferably, within a period of three months from 26.12.2024.
5. With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
