ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction, to direct the respondent to transfer the investigation in connection with the Crime No. 134 of 2024 on the file of the respondent to any other competent Investigating Agency and direct the Investigating Agency to complete the investigation.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), on instructions, would submit that the investigation has been completed and a final report has also been filed before the Additional District Court, Tenkasi, in S.C.No.2 of 2025.

3. In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition is closed, with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the final report, if so advised. 03.02.2026 NCC : Yes / No Index : Yes / No dss 2/4
