....Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the Respondents to conduct the survey of petitioners lands in S.No.343/10 and 343/11 situated at Marungapuri Village, Manaparai Taluk, Trichy District, and to fix all the four boundaries, within a time frame to be stipulated by this Court.

ORDER

By relying on Manaivari patta Nos.243 and 244, the petitioner had submitted an application along with the requisite fee for survey on 24.01.2025. 2.Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the notice was served by the petitioner on two occasions in relation to such survey, but the survey was not conducted for reasons unknown to the petitioner. 3.Learned Special Government Pleader accepts notice on behalf of the respondents. He states that the petitioner's application would be acted upon within twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order after issuing notice to the petitioner and owners of the relevant adjacent lands. 4.Accordingly, this writ petition stands disposed of by directing the first respondent to act on the petitioner's application for survey within twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order after providing a reasonable opportunity to the petitioner and the owners of the relevant adjacent lands. No costs.
