This petition has been filed praying to modify and relax the condition imposed by the Learned Principal Sessions Judge, Madurai dated 03.08.2013 in Crl.M.P.No.6186 of 2013 directing the petitioner to appear and signed before the Respondent police once in 15 days I.e. On 1st and 15th day at every month at 10 a.m. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the prayer sought for by the petitioner in this writ petition has become infructuous.
3. In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
