ORDER

The petitioner seek quashing of the FIR in Crime No.524 of 2024 dated 08.11.2024 on the file of the first respondent.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that the investigation is completed and a final report has been filed in C.C.No.642 of 2025, before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Tenkasi and the same is yet to be taken on file.
