ORDER:- This Miscellaneous petition coming of for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.S.T.Sasidharan Tamilkani, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Mr.Thanga Aravindh, Government Advocate for the first respondent and M/s.B.Jeyanthi, Advocate for second and third respondent, this court made the following order:

"This petition has been filed to recall the order passed in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.12833 of 2023 dated 29.08.2023.

2.This Court does not find any ground to recall the earlier order passed on 29.08.2023 since this Court had merely directed Crime No.2 of 2019 to be clubbed along with Crime No.3 of 2023 to be investigated by the Economic Offences Wing, Trichy. That does not in any way cause prejudice to the petitioner since the petitioner will be continued to be treated as a victim in this case. In any event, the bar to review an order passed by criminal Court will also equally apply insofar as the orders passed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. 2/4
