The Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking orders to condone the delay of 27 days in filing the appal against the judgment and decree, dated 11.03.2025 in A.S.No.81 of 2024 on the file of the Principal Sub Court, Tenkasi, reversing the judgment and decree, dated 07.02.2022 in O.S.No. 234 of 2012 on the file of the Additional District Munsif Court, Tenkasi.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners, learned counsel for the respondent and also perused the records.

3.The learned counsel for the respondent would submit that they are leaving it to the discretion of the Court.

4.Considering the reasons assigned and also taking note of the quantum of delay, this Court is inclined to condone the delay. Accordingly, this petition is ordered and the Registry is directed to take the appeal on file, if it is otherwise in order and list the matter in the usual course.
