Heard the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

2. We went through the averments set out in the affidavit filed in support of the writ petition. We are of the view that the writ petition has been prematurely filed. If the conduct of the private respondents turns to be adverse to the maintenance of the Sathankudi Lake, it is always open to the petitioner to move this Court again at that stage. Granting such liberty to the petitioner to come at the appropriate stage, this writ petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
