This Petition is filed under Section 151 of Civil Procedure Code praying this Court to amend the name of the appellant in the cause-title as R.Dhamotharan instead of Dhamadharan.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner and perused the materials placed before this Court.

3.The learned counsel for the respondent has no objection to allow this Petition.

3.For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of the Petition and on being satisfied with the same, this Petition is for amendment is ordered.

4.Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the cause title.
