JUDGMENT

[Judgment of the Court was delivered by D.KRISHNAKUMAR, J.] This Writ Appeal is directed against the order dated 13.10.2022 made in W.P.(MD)No.13778 of 2022 on the file of this Court. 2.The learned Additional Advocate General appearing for the appellants has submitted that in a similar matter, the Government has filed an appeal in W.A(MD).No.520 of 2023 and the same was dismissed by this Court on 01.12.2023. The said dismissal order was challenged before the Supreme Court in SLP (Civil).No.2541 of 2024 and the same was also dismissed. 3.In the light of the aforesaid decision of the Division Bench as well as the Supreme Court, the issue involved in this Writ Appeal is no more res-integra

and therefore, no further adjudication is required in this appeal. Accordingly, this Writ Appeal is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
