ORDER
The application has been filed seeking to reopen the contempt petition on the ground that even though the order of punishment has been imposed, the terminal benefits have not been disbursed to the petitioner. 2.A thorough reading of the order of which violation is complained of shows that it was an order directing the first respondent to complete the disciplinary proceedings pending against the petitioner pursuant to the show cause notice 29.02.2022 within a period of two weeks. The complaince of the order was reported before this Court. Recording the same, this Court closed the contempt petition.
3. It is now reported that, after the issuance of the second show cause notice, final orders were passed on 18.10.2025 and the necessary proposals have been forwarded to Accountant General for disbursal of the terminal benefits.
