ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition filed to direct the 1 and 2 to provide necessary police protection to the petitioner life and limb by considering the petitioner's representation dated 09.09.2023 accordance with law within the time stipulated by this Court.
2. It is an issue between the landlord and the tenant. Learned Government Advocate submitted that the respondent appeared before the enquiry officer and gave an undertaking that she will vacate the premises on or before 18.12.2023. On the basis of the agreement reached between the parties, the complaint was closed.

3. In view of the above submission, nothing survives for further consideration in this case. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
