PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Habeas Corpus, directing the respondents to produce the body of Ms.Salva, W/o.Mohamed Abudhagir aged about 35 years and minor child Ms.Haifa, D/o.Ms.Salva aged about 8 years before this Hon'ble Court and set him at liberty.

[Order of the Court was made by M.SUNDAR, J.] Captioned 'Habeas Corpus Petition' ('HCP' for the sake of brevity) is listed under the cause list caption 'FOR WITHDRAWAL' at the instance of learned counsel for HCP petitioner. To be noted, learned counsel on record for HCP petitioner has given a letter to the Registry saying that he has instructions from HCP petitioner to withdraw the captioned HCP as the absentee has since returned home.
